What is Contouring & Highlighting?

Contouring

Contouring is a makeup technique which accentuate your best features involving shading of certain areas of your face. In the most simplest terms, Contouring enhances the structure of the face. Contouring is when you'd like to define or reshape like (nose, forehead, chin and cheekbones). You can use a matte (not shimmery) powder, liquid, cream, or stick product that's a few shades darker than your skin tone to shade areas.

Highlighting

For a matte highlight, use a two shades lighter concealer than your skin tone. If you love to be extra glow you want something with more shimmer or glimmer go with a powder, cream, or liquid highlighter of your choice.
